Created business strategies and service models for social impact partners using ethnographic research and business model design methodologies.

 

  • Worked with c-suite executives of an national teacher training organization to develop a compelling online training experience and a business model to support scalable growth; model implemented 2018

  • Developed an innovative population health business model for a large healthcare system, grounded in a newly-developed customer experience designed to meet the needs of an underserved population

  • Facilitated strategic decision-making sessions with the executive team of an innovative education group. Using our strategies, they exceeded growth expectations, increasing from 23 to 35 sites nationally in a year

  • Managed the creation of a social media-based service model designed to assist teens in early career exploration; led a follow-up study with more than 200 users nationwide to assess the model’s effectiveness

  • Created an agile and design thinking-based change management training and coached administrative healthcare teams, increasing collaboration and reducing duplicated efforts across departments

Managed client acquisition, project procurement, and lab brand recognition.

  • Devised and implemented the lab’s inaugural growth strategy, working with internal management to cultivate project opportunities with community leaders and expand client networks

  • Crafted content highlighting work in the lab and promoted the content on various online platforms, resulting in audience increases of over 200% on social media sites within 6 months

Researched issues relevant to citizens of Utah and captured stories in audio and written formats to be shared with a state-wide audience. 

       

  • Wrote, voiced, and edited an average of four stories per week – one of the strongest content production performances on the team

  • Managed the news team’s content lineup; lead the development of a Utah Broadcasters Association award-winning news feature series
