I am an experienced strategic thinker with an empathic point of view, proven communication skills, and hunger for excellence. I am passionate about serving communities and bringing customer-centered ideas to market. My multidisciplinary skillset and diverse experiences make me ideally suited for strategy consulting and project management roles.
I have most recently worked as an experience design consultant - a cross between an ethnographic researcher, service designer, and business strategist. During this time I came to realize the value, both financial and social, of understanding and leveraging customer experience. I have the ability to anticipate the needs of team members, clients, and customers and I am currently pursuing an MBA to hone my strategic decision-making abilities.
Outside of work and school, I spend my time expressing myself through music and writing, staying physically active through yoga, dance, and kickboxing, and playing with my bird baby, Hiccup.
